RTA sets regulations governing trading in vehicles number plates
A team of Vehicles Licensing Department at the Licensing Agency of the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) met with a bunch of external customers who are engaged in trading in vehicles number plates to discuss the rules and controls to be enacted by the Dep't as early as the first quarter of 2012 to serve the needs of this segment and attain higher satisfaction levels.
