RTA holds Leaders of Excellence course in conjunction with DGEP
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in collaboration with the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) has recently staged a training course entitled Leaders of Excellence in the context of the DGEP’s activities aimed at nurturing the culture of excellence among the leaders of government entities, and raising the awareness of corporate excellence concepts.
Mohammed bin Rashid initiative for Government Innovation
The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has recently hosted a workshop entitled ‘Ibdaa’ held by the Team of the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) for all government departments and agencies to shed light on the Mohammed bin Rashid initiative for Government Innovation 'Ibdaa' with the aim of nurturing a creative government business environment. The event was attended by a plethora of CEOs, Directors and considerable number of RTA employees.
Al Tayer honours best-achieving departments
His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has recently decorated the Best-Achieving RTA Departments in the biannual RTA Excellence Forum, where the winning departments are honoured based on an in-house performance assessment regime aligned with the standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), in the presence of a host of CEOs and Directors of the RTA.

A series of seminars and workshops designed to instill the proper concepts and standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) by means of regularly held workshops to elucidate the key nine standards of the DGEP have been incorporated in this year's plan of the Development and Corporate Performance Department, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

Human Resources Department of Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has recently held a series of workshops delivered by RTA employees winning the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) Awards in which they reviewed their outstanding experience and efforts culminated in winning this coveted Dubai Government Award. The workshops were held under the theme: “Benefiting from Your Experience”.
