RTA completes upgrading of Nol Card
The Work Teams of the Automated Fare Collection Department, Corporate Technical Support Sector, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) have finalized the upgrading of Nol Cards used in mass transit modes including the metro, public buses, and the water bus, besides using them for paying the parking fees all over Dubai Emirate.

A red ticket could now be bought from any outlet and could be used for travelling on all modes of transport in Dubai, RTA announced. The RTA feels the facility would help get more tourists to use public transport modes and help solve a lot of confusion over ticketing.
Pay parking fees through NOL card
THE NOL card used for the Metro and buses has been upgraded and can now be used for water buses and for the payment of parking fees all over Dubai Emirate, a few days before the special groups get a 50 per cent discount on the public transport.
