Dubai Metro reaffirms commitment to emiratisation

"Though the exact date of the inauguration is yet to be determined, we hope to open the Green Line in early September," said Mattar Al Tayer, chairman of the board and executive director of the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Al Tayer said all stations on the Green Line are in full readiness while trains have been undergoing trial runs for nearly six months.
