COS (Collection of Style), the slightly more upmarket brand in the H&M Group’s umbrella of fashion brands, is set to expand its presence in the Middle East with the opening of its first store in Dubai this coming Spring 2013, following the label’s successful entry in Kuwait at The Avenues.
