Up to 100,000 drivers in Dubai will be required to undergo medical tests, after the licensing agency at the Dubai Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announced it has started to issue occupational permits for some driver categories. New roads to improve traffic in and out of Al Quoz have been completed, the Roads and Transport Authority has said. The upgrades to the residential area in Al Quoz 4 also involved street lighting, roadside parking and rainwater drainage.
