Al Tayer receives Singaporean Consul

Cheong Ming Foong, Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai. RTA testing CNG-powered cars in Dubai
The Road and Transport Authority of Dubai has revealed that they’re testing CNG-powered cars as part of their fleet. The RTA published a picture of their test car, a fully-outfitted Nissan Xterra, on their Facebook page, showing a CNG tank installed in the boot. They are currently testing it out on three cars.
Dubai Metro users up 58% last year, with 109 million passengers
More than 367 million people used public transportat in Dubai last year, according to figures released yesterday by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). There were more than 109 million metro users, up from 69 million the previous year.

RTA cracks down on quad bikers
