Over 10,000 Metro violations registered in 2011

In 2011, 10,229 violations were registered, “majority of whom violated the rule prohibiting eating and drinking in certain designated areas,” the director of Rail Operations, Eng. Credit card for Metro and parking payments launched

The new ‘Go4it' credit card comes with Nol transit application, used for making payments on the RTA transit network and at parking meters. The credit card is linked to Nol and Salik accounts and can be configured to automatically top up these accounts when the funds fall below certain levels.
