The ruler of Dubai plans to build a super car park in London to house his personal fleet of luxury cars. Sheikh Mohammed is planning to build the car park next to Battersea heliport by the River Thames, so that he and his family can arrive in the capital by helicopter and board whichever vehicle they wish.
