The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), has forecasted fair and hazy weather at times with light to moderate winds in general.

The relative humidity is likely to increase during the night and early morning over some northern coastal areas with a chance of mist formation, NCM said in a statement.

The humidity levels could reach a high of 75 per cent inland, 85 per cent along the coastal areas and 75 per cent in internal areas.

The lowest temperature recorded over the country on Thursday morning was 10.0 °C in Damtha at 06:00am, while the highest temperature recorded on Wednesday was 35.9 °C in Al Gheweifat at 4:30pm.

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman sea, it said.

The outlook for the coming days is more of the same – fair weather and hazy at times, light to moderate winds freshening at times over some northern areas with gradual rise of temperatures.

The humidity is forecast to increase during the night on Thursday and into Monday morning with more chances of fog over some northern and coastal areas. More
